Tim Fallon is the new and welcomed Chef at The Glades Country Club in Naples, FL.

Tim comes to us from the New England area and attended the Johnson and Wales

University for Culinary, located in Providence RI. We know we eat first with our eyes

and next with our mouths. Tim knows this too. He plans his menus with great

Thought…each morsel is placed on the Plate as if it were a piece of art on a glass pallet.

Not only does it look good but also it’s a delight to digest.
